Construction of the roads in Kabarore sector in Gatsibo district have set off after it has been planned for long to construct them in the modern way.
This is because Kabarore is among the 14 sectors that make Gatsibo district and taken as a biggest town of the district.
Talking to the reporter, Ambroise Ruboneza, mayor of Gatsibo district asserted that it was included in the district development plans but it delayed due to the development partners’ delay to raise funds.
Ruboneza says: “This portrays the development of the district and the performance contracts are being implemented.”
Ruboneza explains that the district will repair other roads in other sectors of the district.
Jean Pierre Sebahire, Gatsibo district engineer reveals that roads to be worked on are 10 kilometers and 360 metres long.
They are expected to take Rwf240 millions and be completed in 9 months time.
