Ngarama: COMOGA cooperative members get motorcycles

TVS motorcycles given to COMOGA cooperative members

Motorcyclists in Ngarama sector in Gatsibo District have been told to observe the traffic laws and to improve customer care if they want to develop.

This was after COMOGA cooperative members received motorcycles from the cooperative as loans to be paid monthly until all the money is paid.

The motorcyclists assured that they will pay back the loans without fail because they want to develop and their families.

TVS type motorcycles given to COMOGA cooperative members cost Rwf1.2 million each. Members are optimistic to own taxis from motorcycling.

Aloys Rwabalinda, president of COMOGA cooperative in Gatsibo district asked members who get cooperative loans to use them wisely to achieve social economic development.

The vice-mayor for economic affairs in Gatsibo district, Isaie Habarurema reminded them that no business man strives for losses saying they should use the motorcycles to achieve their dreams.

COMOGA cooperative members especially leaders were asked to avoid embezzling the funds, which leads to collapse of many cooperatives and associations.
